So I like destiny as a videogame, I like the setting, the lore, the gameplay. The one thing I dont like; is the community. I have only been able to complete the kings fall raid 1 time. ONE TIME! Between people just giving up or sucking so bad they rage quit. Like the other night for example, It took me about 30ish people and 7 hours just to get to oryxs checkpoint. I honestly dont know why it took that long. Idk if it was between people in my fireteam just not caring enough or just my team wasn't a good enough team. I know I can't blame only them, I made a few mistakes myself, but I continued to push on and learn from my mistakes. I can't seem to get anyone to help me push through just that last part of the raid. So, I may just give up on destiny. I never even completed half of the other 2 raids because of fireteam issues. I know this may be a dumb reason to quit Destiny, and no one will probably even read this, but to someone who platinum the base game and was hoping to collect all the trophies on my PS4 account, it mattered to me. But I guess I will not be completing this game. So this is my last goodbye Destiny. You are a great game, but I can't help but not like the community.

Bungie should make a 3 man raid. Raids just as long and involved as they are now but designed for 3. 3 is a really ideal size fireteam IMO. It would also reduce a lot of the negative fireteam issues you described , going through like 30 people trying to complete a raid etc..

5 RespuestasThe only time we have trouble is: A: A language barrier is present. B: A person unfit to lead forces themselves into a leadership position. C: People don't listen Other than that it seems like bad luck on your part since every completion we have has been made up of pick up groups.

2 RespuestasEditado por folkjack: 7/9/2016 8:13:29 PMEvery time I raid, raid with randoms. And I'd say about 80% of the raids go well. The other 20% where awful because of people simple not having the social and communication skill to be part of a team. This I believe was due to egos and or being young, or people not following instructions. I also found the closer you raided to weekly reset the more likely you'll finish the raid just cause 'better' people played. I've done a raid on the day before reset and it took us 6 hours to do oryx. Where as I've played just after reset and finished the whole raid in 1hour and a half. In all honesty the oryx raid is easy and if something isn't working either take charge or leave and find a better group. Normally after a couple of wipes I'll say what's the issue here and we will try to change up roles so that we get through.

1 RespuestaIt might be more worth your while to post something positive, like you're looking for friends to play Destiny with. You could post some of your frustrations, but for goodness' sake, put a positive spin on it. You'll get better responses. I see a post like this of someone who's already given up and my first reaction is if you've already decided to leave, leave the game. But if you're really just asking for help, just post asking for help! Which platform are you on? If you're on PS4, maybe I can help.
