I've had the misfortune of playing a great number games lately where I was put up against some seriously impressive players. While my sodium levels were indeed on the rise, I couldn't help but admire how damn deadly some of these guys were. They were fantastic at escaping seemingly impossible situations, spot on with sniping or excellent shotgun warriors, and seemed to know exactly how to pinch and pressure me and my team (90% of them were in fireteams so no surprise there). Most don't respond, but I feel being a good sport about it all helps take the edge off at least a little.
