I'm not defending the technology, I'm defending the engineering practises. Software technology is riddled with bugs. Destiny Y1 was actually an extremely bug free example of software. The issues in Y1 were pretty much all balance and networking - both of which aren't "bugs". Bad design, maybe, but not bad engineering.
Balance is 100% a design issue.
Networking engineering seems to have been as good as it could get given the networking model that the designers chose to employ.
Show me the BUGS.

Sure, the networking has been decent given the method in which they chose to do it, but you'd have to agree that it's a major issue regardless. And I would still blame the engineers for not accurately assessing and providing for the needs of this game. Sure they're doing the best they can with the path they chose, but Shiism they not have chosen a better path from the start? Poor planning is another pointer towards bad engineers. You MUST plan ahead
