Really isn't though. It'll OHK on everyone but max armor + armor boost chest builds, which are really only doable on Titans and Warlocks. It also has no realistic cooldown (it does, but within the Crucible you'll never run into it). Can also heal, which has no cooldown at all. It doesn't use a melee charge, so you could SC and melee consecutively, and get double healing (which again does not have a cooldown). It gets an Exotic that makes it able to shut down Supers (it can, in fact, kill an Armor of Light Titan), which pretty much kills the whole max armor build anyway. It can be activated by running into a wall. And it can also be activated backwards so long you keep your forward momentum while swinging the camera around.
