Many would disagree and the fact that Skyrim came out in 2011 and still a more complete experience says something.

Same way many would disagree with your statements. I've enjoyed the witcher more than any other game this past decade. Thought skyrim was really boring and never understood the hype. Those are opinions. We can argue them all we like but there's no point. You can state you didn't like the witcher, that's fine. But throwing a statement that it's overrated is stupid.
