Title says all, what can you tell me about the game? Should I buy it? Etc.

It's -blam!-ing amazing on a VR headset with a nice hotas setup. But it gets old really fast as its a nonstop grind for no real changes in the game as you advance. Though I've heard they added a lot since I last played it, might have more depth now.

Interdictions suck.

1 RespuestaFlying feels weird.

There's a learning curve, but it's insanely fun once you start getting the hang of it.

Super fun game with a bit of a learning curve. It gets super lonely if you don't have a crew to wing up with though. I prefer it on the pc so that I can use flightsticks, but still pretty good controller support for the console.

It's in space with space ships and lasers. That's all I know.

Depends you like to play a game, or let the game play itself... Definitely not for casuals.. You know who you are

It's got something for a lot of people.

1 RespuestaYou need a PHD to play it.

Its good fun i play offline the ai have gotten abit too hard for me so i stick to trading cant afford all that dying =p

It's got a very steep learning curve, and requires that you set yourself goals rather than have them given to you, but it's an incredibly immersive game with a vast range of things to do (though large parts of the game are spent flying through the empty vastness of space). The Horizons update expanded the scope of the game even more and there's further updates to come as well. It's one of the best games on XB1, IMO.

Bounty hunter, trader, pirate, mercenary, miner, explorer. You can be whatever ya wanna be to earn a living.. I recently switched to bounty hunter and been rocking a decked out vulture while ranking up my faction rank. It's fun stuff.

4 RespuestasEditado por Mojo1965: 7/5/2016 6:47:58 PMIt's a really good game. You'll hate it when you start playing because the learning curve is so steep, but once you get the hang of it, it's a very fun and rewarding game. If you have friends that play it, I'd definitely recommend you buy it. If you don't have friends who play it, you can find other players in ED Archive, a group on bungie.net dedicated to Elite Dangerous. The people there will be more than willing to help you get started.

3 RespuestasIt is a space simulation. You can choose to trade, explore and fight or a mix. You have individual levels in all of them. There are many dynamic factions, both local and large scale, that player support affects. The game is much more lively on PC with full wars between different player clans and factions. Horizons is access to a large line of updates starting with planetary landings. Frontier's large scale plan is to get to the point where players are walking around in living cities, full first person combat and interactions, and all the ship experiences players are getting in Horizons and vanilla. In conclusion, it is a space sim. It can feel a bit lonely at times. If you like this kind of game, it is top of the line.
