The First Curse quest seems to be near impossible using this horrible gun. If you compare the Imprecation's stats to another hand cannon, you'll see that it's inferior in every way.
To move on in the quest you need to get seven kill sprees with the Imprecation and one precision kill spree, using the Imprecation for at least one of those kills in each spree.
(Also, there is a bug with that to where the quest has the words and numbers switched up, which seems to cause an error that makes the sprees reset to zero. My brother got 4 kill sprees with the Imprecation and checked to made sure it showed up on the quest, but after the round ends it always resets to zero)
It is possible to use the gun in a way that will help you get kills. You hav to aim very carefully for special damage shots, which will allow you to kill in 2 or 3 shots. But this means you'll fire very slowly and not well under fire. However it does mean your more likely to make the precision kill spree.
The Imprecation's stats need to be improved so people can actually beat the quest and get the First Curse (and the bugs in the quest need to be fixed)
I've only seen a few people with the First Curse before, not nearly as much as there should be

1 RespuestaTip: play cleanup, dont go into 1v1 unless you can land the first shot. Im a regular hand cannon user since beta, so I didnt struggle with it or chaperone quest.

13 RespuestasYou need to: 1) Infuse the gun to 240 light (remember to finalise the perk in the gun's perk tree). 2) Get 7 precision kills in one match in PvP. 3) Get 7 rapid precision kills in PvE (Enemy of my Enemy, any story mission with Thrall) 4) Profit.

Take a quick gander at my stats. I suck. I had no issues getting the 7 kill step done, on my first try. You just gotta play smart....
