Sure there are some cheaters but I refuse to believe that it's very common. There are green bars teleporting and not taking damage. Red bars do the same thing. It's hard enough playing in the sweatfest known as the crucible but dying around corners and killing an enemy only for him to exist long enough to kill you before it registers is too much.
