24 RespuestasAs soon as that sperm fertilizes that egg its living. If you do anything to that egg to kill it, its murder.

19 RespuestasMy only question is. As a man how come I'm not allowed to choose? It's half my responsibility as well yet I have no say with what happens legally. Can I press charges of my significant other decides to abort yet I don't want to? No. If I want to abort and she doesn't want to why do I then have to pay child support? Seems like no matter what happens I'm screwed, but I guess that's totally fair.
-
3 RespuestasIf you're -blam!- you can abort. If you were stupid and accidentally got pregnant you should have no right to abort, why would a human not be allowed to live just because you were dumb? Don't cry about physical or mental pain as it's absolutely your own fault, give birth and then give it away to an intelligent human who wants to have a child.
-
I'm all for abortion if it's early and prevents the child from being brought up in some bs drug -blam!-ed household where a single mom spends child care money on booze and cigarettes and let's the new daddy of the week abuse them.
-
Murder or not, A soon to be child is a blessing and should never be intentionally stopped from living a life.
-
21 RespuestasBecause, you know, debating this on a destiny forum will change the world.
-
Abortion is killing though, when it becomes murder is debatable.
-
I don't think abortion is a good thing, but that's just because of my beliefs. Not everyone shares my beliefs.

INB4 "OP SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABORTED"
-
2 RespuestasThere shouldn't be an abortion after a certain amount of time (whenever the fetus/baby is considered alive.
-
I know, but thanks for clarifying.
-
To judge the weight of and any response to your point of view I have to ask you if you are a parent and have you or a partner had an abortion?
-
9 RespuestasAh yes instead of taking responsibility for your actions you just get rid of the "problem". So if you get an STD as well will you be able to take that back too? No? Its for life?!?! Thats not fair! We have multiple forms of protection today for both men and women, all of which are readily available/cheap and yet people will not take advantage of that. Abortion is not an answer to your wrong decisions simply because you cannot control an animal urge. Especially when you can indulge that animal urge by making use of said preventative items. "But its uncomfortable" is not an excuse to take advantage of preventative items. If you cannot use the variety of tools around you to prevent a pregnancy then guess what, you need to live with the consequences. Also a baby does not "ruin your life" if anything it forces you to grow up and understand that you cannot be selfish anymore and must live for another. But in our "me me me" centric society that must sound worse than death for this generation. Abortion should only be legal in cases of -blam!-, incest, or medical altercations that would lead to the death of either the mother or baby or both. Abortion should not be banned entirely and abortion should not be readily available for all like a flu shot. Anyone who takes the extremes on either side truly does not understand the issue or the complexity of it. My mother had a tubal pregnancy which was threatening both of their lives. It got to a point where she had to make a choice to either carry him to term and risk death for both of them or get rid of the baby and live to take care of me. I was five at the time and because the chances were so remote for the baby living as well she made a choice to stay and take care of me and my father. It was one of the hardest decisions of her life and you people who want to f**k everything with no consequences make me sick. "Oh but accidents happen." Yes they do and you should be fully prepared for that possibility. You don't get to whisk away consequences because of an "accident". If you get in a car accident and kill someone is there a magic reset button? No there isn't. You have to live with that whether it was your fault or not. So why should you get rid of the consequences of sex? Is it really that hard to keep it in your pants or to use every available resource to prevent pregnancy and still have sex?

Isn't a fetus technically not a living baby until 24 wks? As sad as it is as long as they follow these rules it isn't considered murder right?
-
Birth control stops a baby from being born. Idk wtf plan B is.
-
Wrong. The baby is in fact alive. Ill say abortion is not okay. Not murder.
-
Think of abortion compared to birth control like this. Abortion: you give a child a piece of candy just to take it back from them a few seconds after. Birth control: you don't give the child candy in the first place. No harm is done.

How is birth control and plan b the same as abortion? Also, are you just asking this question in the forums to be handed talking points for a report or essay or something?

2 RespuestasDude you are just asking to start an argument

4 RespuestasI have a daughter with a son on the way and i have absolutely no problem with abortion. People need to worry about themselves instead of what everyone else is doing. I don't like it so it shouldn't be allowed. Like a bunch of special snowflakes. Don't want people to get an abortion then adopt their children. Problem solved. Or shut the -blam!- up and get over people doing things you don't like.

4 RespuestasIf it has a heartbeat, it's alive. Just like how we use a lack of heartbeat to pronounce someone dead. If the person didn't want to get pregnant, they shouldn't be having sex.
-
I disagree but to each his own.
-
3 RespuestasYet hitting a pregnant woman and killing the fetus is considered murder…
