I won't buy any Bungie products again. What an ignorant company.
Bungie pisses me off like no other company did before. I will stick to Dice/EA games or other companies who care for their customers and take responsibility for their products.
Gaming is meant to be fun, and it is only fun if it's working properly.
Imagine you buy a Star Wars Bluray box and half of the content stutters and hangs while playing back. What would you do? Return the item for sure.
This should be possible by law all over the world for any video game not working properly. Maybe that would push your efforts...
If you, Bungie, can't, just don't create online games. No one will blame you if you do a good single player. But you can't even do that well. I hate this company and will never ever buy a single product from them again. Period.

11 RespuestasBump. I have not bought RoI, and I refuse to until some major overhauls are done. Not just in the game; but in the way they handle the company, and customers. I haven't played in about three weeks as well. I refuse to play a game so broken, and let Bungie think their business model is okay.

I agree. I think they need to scrap their game engine and get one that works, I've heard from people in the know, the game engine is really, really bad.

Added with the fact that EA has one of the lowest customer satisfaction ratings out of any company ever. Battlefield 4 was great... it had a perfect launch. Sim City was great... it had a perfect launch. Battlefront was great... it had a "collector mode". ^sarcasm

If we were able to return games within a certain amount of time...producers would be more apt to make a complete game than make a half assed beta game. We will have to get some laws changed.

I'm confused by this post.... out of all the bashing the only problem I think I saw (if I understood correctly) was lag? What is everyone's problem here? I've played destiny since the Crota expansion and here are the only problems that I've personally had... and none of them are bashworthy: 1. Hitting a loading screen for a few seconds when traveling between areas on patrol 2. Getting booted (only about half a dozen times in all the time that I've played) due to connection issues 3. A couple of days ago there was a serious connection issue problem for about an hour that was making it take forever to dismantle items or open engrams at the cryptarch. But I never actually got booted. 4. I really miss primary weapons with burns. 5. I really don't understand how it takes me forever to kill anyone is the crucible but I am constantly killed by a single shot from other people - this one is probably my own ignorance of pvp. So clearly I've played all this time with very few issues - therefore maybe the problem isn't Bungie? Maybe your internet provider sucks. Or your router. Maybe you have too many people/devices tapping into your wifi all at once. Maybe your playstation is too far away from your router and there is interference. Maybe you live in a country where the servers don't work as well. Food for thought....

Apparently everyone with a brain stayed at 343. I doubt Destiny will kill Bungie but it's hurt their reputation as badly as Mass Effect 3 hurt Bioware's and Dead Space 3 hurt Visceral's.
