The Devil You Know
Just got it from a Vanguard rank-up package.
I'm not a hand cannon guy, so if anyone could enlighten me on whether or not this hand cannon is good, I would be very grateful.
The perks I got are Relentless Tracker, Rifled Barrel, and Third Eye.

That perk build would be decent for PvP if hand cannons weren't in such a mediocre place right now.

1 RespuestaRelentless tracker is okay in PvP, not as much in PvE Third eye is always pretty good, though not my first choice. The Sureshot IS sights are one of the better ones (target acquisition is aim assist I think), though you may want to stick with Steadyhand IS to counter reinforced barrels loss of stability. Over all I'd say it's pretty decent.

2 RespuestasFirst, it has Reinforced, not Rifled, Barrel. Now, I believe range is one of the most important stats on a hand cannon (someone correct me if I'm wrong), so your middle perk is good. Personally, I'll always take Third Eye on a weapon, I like having the constant awareness in PvP. Haven't used a weapon with Relentless Tracker, but I'd guess that perk could be something better, but your best bet is to just go try the weapon out and see if you like it.
