Is it Opposite Day today or something? Shotguns are nearly unusable because of how bad they are. You have summoned me.

Then I can't understand how a majority of players are using Shotguns as their primary weapon in the Iron Banner right now (at least in the 13 matches I played today).

I heard that shoving a shotgun into the guy's mouth [i]might[/i] kill them in one shot.

Close range should more than likely be a OHK. That is based on the armor of the guardian and the impact of the weapon. I could have max armor and be 2 body lengths away from someone and yet I get one shotted. If I got hurt, even badly, so be it... but to be one shot from that far away? That is grossly ridiculous and needs to be resolved in my opinion. I may be in the minority... i don't care.

In the scope of things... sure... but 12 feet away shouldn't be a OHK.

Maybe not for a low impact, but everything else is justifiable, just like every single game featuring a shotgun ever.

I'll agree to disagree. I personally can't appreciate getting shotgun sniped even after all they have done to correct that issue. I would say my main issue is with Party Crasher and Universal Remote... but at least Universal Remote is justifiable with it being an Exotic and it's main perk giving increased range and precision damage. Party Crasher needs to be clipped. I won't ask for an across the board nerf of shotguns... sorry for making it seem that way I should have put more emphasis on the trash that is Party Crasher. Is that better?

Trust me, I scratch my head as to why that archetype wasn't removed for the sake of not neutering the entire other class.

I don't have ill will towards all shottys... just sniper shottys.. however one would define that.
