I'm a firefly hoarder. I rarely use a scout without it. I am of course primarily a PVE player. I got a hand of judgement a couple weeks ago with explosive rounds and firefly and it's amazing. Normally the explosive rounds are troublesome when used with firefly but with this high impact scout it seems to fight through it and allow firefly to work as intended.
