Does tether suppress instantly even if it doesnt hit target?
I heard that in update / patch few days back that tether suppresses immediately upon impact. Does this work when the tether is close to the person or does it need to directly hit him?

If you hit somebody with shadowshot it will suppress them instantly but it you aim next to them it won't until the tether grabs them in pretty sure

Arrow suppresses on hit. Tether takes a second to activate like usual
