I had my first experience with ELO Farming the other day.
For those who don't know what that is, basically a group goes into Trials with no boons, plays the first 4 matches (to ensure they only play other teams who don't have a lot of wins), then just erases the card and starts over before they face a good team.
Doing this basically fluffs your stats up so it looks like you have a huge KD, high elo, and better win %...
I was having fun just playing the game, but seriously if you check your -blam!-ing elo after every match and are only playing to make it higher they should put a limit on how many times you can delete an unfinished card and buy a new one.

Elo was a great way to track stats. Now all stats are wrong. Because of things like passage coin runs, carries, weapon only runs, toon deletion and elo farming. Everyone's stats are skewed. Its not like say football where everyone does the same thing and stats are given.

1 RespuestaELO is not a part of destiny though, so why change the way how it works to cater to people abusing a 3rd party system? The sites that run the ELO stats need to incorporate a precaution against people who do that (it kind of does, as high ELO people do not get much low ELO people, as its a zero sum game).
