Only ok if some one did it to you first. If you do it just because, YOUR A -BLAM!

What if I teabag when I pull off some clutch move like fohing all 6 people on the enemy team or I evade a sniper while running straight down a sniper lane to shoulder charge him when I make it there? Only time I bag is if I pull off something that is super clutch and then other than that no bagging.
