The data which you posted in the most recent Bungie weekly update was provided as justification for nerfing the Hunter subclasses. Your reasoning was that Hunters were the most used class in PvP and had the highest average k/d, so there must have been some perk or ability giving Hunters an unfair advantage.
Sunsingers, however, are near the bottom of that data, and yet you decided it appropriate to castrate the Firebolt grenade. What is your justification for doing so? The Firebolt ticks do less damage, Viking Funeral has been altered to complement a PvE playstyle, Firebolt activates slower than it did, and it's range has been reduced. This was too much. This update came two months after it was said that you, Bungie, were not planning on adjusting Firebolt because it would require an overhaul of the whole Sunsinger subclass.
The Firebolt is useless, and furthermore Radiance is useless now if you are using Firebolt (as well as Solar grenades) in your Sunsinger subclass load out. Fusion grenades are the best option now for Sunsingers. Solar grenades suffer from similar problems affecting the burn damage. The Firebolt was a unique grenade for Sunsingers. It was used for tactical play. It was used to gain an advantage when outnumbered.
I recommend that you revert the Firebolt grenade to its normal function pre-June Update with the exception of Viking Funeral. Viking Funeral's newly altered effect is suitable enough to keep Firebolt grenades viable without being frustrating or overpowered.

Bungie likes to do this. They nerf something and one of the nerfs they give it would b enough but they like to ruin anything that's "overused"
