For the reasons I outlined above. With roaming supers, it's about maximizing production (kills) and the ease with which one can string them together. With only three shots and under ten seconds, that becomes a challenge. [spoiler]a skill is measurable, even a video game requires, if not the mastery of, at least an increase in aptitude of a number of skills. If a game required no skill, then everyone would be as good as their neighbor. Do other tasks like woodworking, ski jumping, and diplomacy require more hours of dedication in order to achieve mastery of their requisite skills? Sure, but that does not entail that relatively simple or mundane tasks require no skill.[/spoiler]

I just went 25 and 10 with gunslinger. I don't think 3 instant kill shots for ten seconds is challenging
