Overwatch on consoles: Worth $60?
I'm trying to decide whether or not I'm going to buy Overwatch with my friends on PS4, that price tag for the Origins Edition irks me quite a bit.

Get it. I will even play with you lol. Many of the ppl who voted down are either pc who just hate console or people who think a good game has to have campaign, when most of the time they just play multiplayer cuz the campaign is boring or sucks. So anyway, i think you should buy it, it is fun.... very fun.

I would say if you are looking for a well polished game that's going to fill the void for highly competitive play and will be getting constant support via balance changes and free maps/heros then yes. If you're not really looking for the next big fps to sink hours into then don't bother. It's not a title you can pick up and run with. things are easy enough to start but difficult to master.

Basically, it's not worth it, but worth it. It's overpriced, but at the same time, a must have. It's fun.

I've played it a ton and think I've already made a return investment on the $60 i spent on it. I've gotten more out of it then a lot of games.

I mean, the Order was 60 dollars. So was Ryse and from what I heard that game had a terrible launch. Could be worse.

Once new characters and maps start coming out, yes. Until then, it's hit or miss.

$40 would be more reasonable. But it pre-owned to get it at around $50 if you're lucky.
