Well if you want to join the military you'll want to lose fat weigh and gain some muscle weight. Do that by EATING HEALTHY. Plenty of programs to help you diet. Working out is a good idea, especially simple cardio stuff to help burn the calories. Once you're ready to get them muscles, make sure to eat plenty of protein AND carbs, not just one or the other, and then hit the gym! I'd recommend getting a trainer to help you out with that too.

Editado por Tarrot-23: 6/26/2016 1:06:34 AMI'm losing weight by calorie counting. I still eat what I want just less and try and keep my calorie intake between 1500 and 1700. Its not the most effective but it feels good to eat low calorie stuff all day and still feel alright about eating a little chocolate in the evening. So its easier then eating grey mush and gets the job done.

Run in the morning, lift in the evening, get 8 hours of sleep a night and don't eat more than 1500 HEALTHY calories a day (this means lean proteins, rice, greens, and low fat dairy).

Watch Michael Kory's playlist about how to figure out your macros. You don't need fancy strict diets to lose weight. You should be eating mostly whole, clean foods but if it fits your macros it doesn't hurt to eat your favourite foods. The first week in a calorie deficit you will lose maybe 5-10 pounds, mostly water weight. After this you shouldn't be losing more than 1-2 pounds a week. If you are this isn't healthy and you need to eat more. Depriving your body of valuable nutrients just to lose weight isn't smart.

2 RespuestasEditado por iFatum: 6/24/2016 2:43:08 PMThe Atkins diet, No sugar or grains of any kind, just vegetables and meat, and no legumes. You can have up to 20 grams of carbohydrates per day but do not exceed that. Coffee and water is ok as well as soda water or diet soda. It work very well for me- lost 30 pounds in 1.5 months. (Meat- Taco meat, steak, tri tip, chicken, beef pork.) (Vegetables-any but any containing sugar) Don't eat fruit-high in sugar.
and exercise
1. Get a knife 2. Heat it up 3. Slice of all of your fat and cauterize the wound.
alternately a leg would probably weight 20lbs or so
4 RespuestasWork out and eat protein, but that depends if you are already working out, or just big, if you are big, working out and eating protein can help you lose weight and keep muscle, for me, I am the Tight End on the football team and I have to stay a certain weight to keep that position, and my brother is a physical therapist in the army, he told me to do this

Join a cutting program. If you're joining the military, two things to keep in mind. 1. You'll have to run a lot, so keep that in mind 2. You'll want to keep your muscle mass, for pushup and fitness tests
