check the abandoned quest kiosk down by the vanguard people - Its on the side of the room with Cayde, Ikora and Zavala - all the quests should be there

Yeah - there was a hotfix to fix some matchmaking issues - patchnotes and This week at Bungie are out to show specific changes if you want to read that
