I've been grinding my Vanguard rep like crazy the past week(since you only get it from Vanguard packages)but I've gotten none so far.
I did get an LDR 5001 but it doesn't have any scopes or perks that I like :s

I scored a Longbow with Unflinching, thing is though, I suck with snipers.
