Destiny has now 100% catered to bad players.
The last update was a massive cater to bad gamers. People who can't think, who have to read up on their class/classes, people who see a metas and rely on them.
I'm having flashbacks to WoW when they catered to the bad kids and killed the game.
Sure the morons will continue to play but that doesn't mean the game is alive and well. Brain-dead is still dead.
Destiny is now on life support. Being kept alive by selfish morons hemorrhaging money.
Edit: FYI I'm a casual destiny player.

1 RespuestaI'm still enjoying pvp by playing with friends and some old guns. Just switch your primary every other game and it'll be more enjoyable, I'm currently using my sweet Red Hand IX. But tbh you're right, the nerfs were inbound because players can't / don't want to adapt...

13 RespuestasIt's a rated T game. It's meant to cater to teens, not sweaty Doritos covered basement dwellers that consider themselves "Pro". They're not catering to bad players. They're catering to the casual players. I don't necessarily agree with ANY of the nerfs that have come, but damn, dude. Try not to get so salty over it and play something else if you're so dissatisfied. Ranting on the forums of the game that you supposedly hate in a post riddled with insults sure ain't the way to get your point across.

Destiny and bungie is lucky at this point that a remastered fallout new Vegas with all the dlc's type game hasn't come out yet to totally kill it

That's what happens when you turn a strong story based game with pvp as a side dish into a half and half. You get a lot of short attention span equipped people that whine about everything and ruin things. They killed stuff. Always will.

Everyone argues Destiny is alive and well. There hasn't been a great game to come along and give Destiny a run for its money. Me personally as well as most of my friends are waiting on titanfall 2. Skyrim, Friday the 13th, resident evil 7, are all gonna take me away from Destiny for a while.

But yet, you still play the game, and that's all that Bungie cares about. They can nerf the guns where you give your opponents health, and the only way to win is the one with least suicides and you'll still play the game. Bungie - 1 Madness2189 - 0

Humanity has, over the years, somehow fooled themselves into believing that age begets complexity. Like, literally.. the rating and all that of a game can't determine casual gameplay vs complex and rewarding gameplay. Games that target older audiences are not necesarily better and more in depth.. "Have you played the newest Saints Row games?" "Have you played any Portal games?" Examples of questions to ask yourselves. A lot of you seem to read too far into these kinds of things, as I can see from quite a few comments. Like, who is it that I saw using their experience with the complexity that [i]used to be[/i] World of Warcraft as a comparison to Destiny? That's like comparing a laptop to a typewriter.. in terms of complexity of gameplay.

Bungie is listening to the majority of their playerbase, to keep them happy and keep them playing. The majority of players are casual, i.e. bad in your view. How dense are you to not understand this?

These "bad players" are the casual players that make up the majority of the player base. They're the ones filling bungie pockets. Bungie is a business at the end of the day. They are going to do their best to keep the majority happy. If you can't understand that then you're just another angry person speaking your opinion. You don't have the facts

Bungie not problem anymore this community is. Good players get pissed and bad players cry. So as a good gamer I say lets carry the bad kids make them better. And bad kids who want to get better. Yea up until most recently I started playing destiny again and when ever I do the court of oryx with an antiquated rune and some random picks it up and old dose 10% damage and just ends up dying anyways. Also in strikes me and my friend were running through with one random who kept dying and I felt like I was dragging him and at the end he got 2 strange coins I got nothing despite me having 126 kills.

One thing I know for sure from my own experience in pve at least 50% of players I got matched in poe41 are so stupid it takes around 50 minutes to one hour just to do a poe41 the players are so bad as for pvp all new players neither willing to learn or to do good all they want is the loot u can see a control match the top 4 players out of 12 have such a high kill and kd to bottom players,bungie can nerf of buffe classes as much as they won't people just don't want to learn they to win easy without doing anything and get rewards, 60% of people still don't understand range drop off on guns,,, next time u go on pvp out of curiosity check how many players have armour or weapons set up for pvp,,
