I'm no auto engineer but if i bought a car and it didn't work, i don't have the right to complain about it?
It's a business and their product has problems. So i have a right to complain about what I've paid for.
I'm no auto engineer but if i bought a car and it didn't work.
But it ISN'T a car IS IT. Its a game and you should be aware of that. Don't give me the poor nonsense. There is a difference between cars, games, and other things in this world. Making a car is way different than programming games. Your not driving your console or games are you?
-
Someone left their brain at home.
-
You took that comparison way too literally. Obviously it's different from a car but that isn't the point i was making. The point is that i have the right to complain about a product I've bought weather I'm a coder or a mcD's cashier. Bungie handles the game very poorly.

you can't bitch to get what you want. If theres a bug in this game and you want to get it fixed. You better STFU and wait for it until it IS fixed. The problem is if your car breaks YOU OBVIOUSLY fix it am I right? WELL NO SHIT. Wait until they fix that shit and than you can play what you -blam!-ing paid for. Yes its like saying you "paid for a -blam!-ing car" but you obviously have to wait until you get it fixed.
-
Ok we're on two different pages here and you need to take a deep breath and relax. Believe it or not, customer complaints actually have a purpose. Regardless if it's being fixed or not, if your customer base complains out of dissatisfaction, the company needs to fix the issue and take action to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Otherwise the consumers are more likely to discontinue business. No customers=no income. No income=no more business. It doesn't matter if it's being fixed when being complained about, if it's a problem that's just going to happen again.
-
Stop sympathizing. They messed the game up, end of story. They should be getting more gripe if you ask me
-
He doesn't have to drive a car to be a paying customer having a problem with something he's invested in. You're a complete idiot.
-
He doesn't have to drive a car to be a paying customer having a problem with something he's invested in. You're a complete idiot.
Well no shit? Listen up boy. Its a -blam!-ing GAME you spend 30/60 dollars in this game so you can play it. If theres a bug in the game LET THE DEVELOPERS fix the problem. Everyones having this problem in this game not JUST one person.
-
I agree with you. But there are reasonable complaints like "bummer I can't play iron banner" and childish ignorant rants like "Bungie coders suck and should be fired".
-
Are you complaining about the problem, or the fact that they're fixing the problem?
-
Editado por Sanctus Michael: 6/21/2016 5:18:31 PMComplaining that this isn't the first time. Patch after patch, update after update, they release something that f*cks this game up. It ain't this one event, it's a pattern of crappy qa/qc. I'm complaining that it has happened, yet again.
-
But they're already fixing it, so you're complaining just to complain.
-
Your car maintenance was delayed again. But they're in the process of fixing it. So you're complaining just to complain. You have what most would call idiot logic.
-
No. The car is already being worked on. This obviously means you can't use the car.
-
I don't care if they're fixing it. I care that it happened yet again. If you have an employee that keeps making the same mistake over and over. Has a pattern of it. Do you keep them? I don't give a flying rats ass if they're fixing it, I'm upset that YET AGAIN they release a patch or update that makes things worse. Learn already. Learn qa/qc. Learn to not repeat mistakes. F*CKING LEARN ALREADY!!!
-
None of the current bugs have happened before. You're not telling them to prevent the same mistakes from happening; you're telling them to never make a mistake again.
-
No, I'm telling them to do better qa/qc before release. Better testing, man. Other companies can do it, why not them. 2 consecutive patches in 2 months creating 2 entirely different bugs. Qa/qc, man. That's all
-
If the problems only happen to SOME people, it is a lot easier for it to slip by testing. They arent making the same mistake over and over. You need to quit whining and get the hell over yourself.
-
I don't play ib or trials much these days so in all honesty it doesn't effect me. That being said, i am a bit disappointed with how the games been handled here and there.
im just here to toss wood in the fire haha
-
Lol well the people complaining right now are the equivalent of sitting in the lobby at the dealership & whining about the car not working while the car is being worked on.
-
Yeah true but i was comparing it to a new car. Even if i wasn't paying for the car being fixed, id still be pissed because said issue shouldn't have happened in the first place. We all have the right to bitch and complain but in the end we'll all still be playing it when all is said and done.
-
True. I just don't see the point in complaining AFTER the problem has been acknowledged & is being fixed lol
-
Actually you have 72 hours from purchase. After that you better hope it's on warranty. Lemon law rules apply to certain problems that arise but even after a given amount of time if it breaks again you're still screwed. It's a dog eat dog world.
-
If it's new with a warranty no not really.Take it back to the dealer and warranty will take care of it since that is what it is for. If you bought used then it's almost always sold "as is" meaning you have zero right to bitch. Mass production is a bitch, nothing will ever be 100%,never.
