Congrats Bungie this is your worst month ever
No Trials
No Iron Banner
2/3 of the reasons I play are gone wtf......the bug didn't even affect any other game mode other than Trials why the hell is it canceled?

Edit 2: They did this last month too. Canceled trials because of Heavy ammo glitch, and [i]ALMOST[/i] canceled Iron Banner, we just got it a day late...

4 Respuestasand i was excited to get the helm and mark for the titan since i just maxed out my titan a month ago. this is sad. so apparently the june update really messed stuff up. what i don't understand is, you have these peeps who went to college and are suppose to awesome at this job, but every time something fresh happens, there is some sort of bug. i think its time to start looking for better people bungie. i'd hate for people to lose a job over something, but it's screwing with your consumers. so from a business standpoint, i think it's time to cut some ties. on top of these two events getting cancelled, can we also look into people getting DoS'ed out of trials matches,as well as the infinite ammo glitch on heavy. i even recorded a clip on it. 6 rockets after a self rez warlock comes back. coooooooooooooooool...... :/ I went back to ESO until this gets straightened out. i love destiny, i enjoyed playing the hell out of it almost an hour to three every day after work, and we are back to failure status. i hope they do something to compensate their consumer base for not being able to rack up hours....

I'd say it was a pretty good month, I think the heavy ammo drought month was the worst.

I was a huge fan of the infinite Shadowshot glitch, and I actually stopped playing for a while when they fixed it because it was too much fun in PvE and PvP. The game had peaked for me.

I think it has to do with the numbers they plugged in for shade step and twilight garrison. It just broke the game lol

PvP playerbase: Doesn't get any PvP events for a month while Bungie fixes bugs and exploits in the game that would create an unfair competitive environment/ create an unstable player-game connection for competitive play. PvE playerbase: Hasn't gotten a PvE event since original Queen's Wrath event early Vanilla Destiny. That's pretty much it.

I'm trying to be positive I really am!! But there have been so many issues with this patch. I'd like to think the changes were positive but if the overall effect is a broken game well..............

I love the patch. Sucks about IB and Trials, but I'll live. There is plenty more to do. Like explore all the new patch changes.

Chances are once the bug is fixed they'll push iron banner on the next weekly reset, not quite the end of the world gentlemen

5 RespuestasDoom was on sale for $39.99 this past week (The Division is on sale for $39.99 this week for anyone interested) and the wife picked up a copy for me. It should get me through this Destiny dry patch. I don't think I'll be playing Destiny that much until September except on Tuesdays (Sterling Treasure boxes) and when IB is back to collect some high light infusion materials. We already know the light level will be bumped up with RoI and I've already got all 3 guardians at 335 in multiple gear combinations. My motivation for playing is low until we get some new content.

6 RespuestasI still love this game, but seriously as a solo player my best bet at increasing light level is in fact Iron Banner It's not like Bungie doesn't care about it, but it's just that this shouldn't happen in the first place. Nothing is perfect, but this is too imperfect for a AAA game.

With the Euro cup soccer tournament...? Suddenly i dont care, got a new car and its a rainy day......no iron banner, i'll just cruise it out, take a beer when i come home and watch me some soccer.... Destiny is a game its not life, it doesn't get you further in life no matter the light levels the k/d's the unique weaponry etc. It doesn't get you money, it TAKES your money, it doesn't make you powerfull in real life only in the world of destiny.... Of course its unsettling to hear that trials amd ib have been cancelled but cmon people....there's a world outside waiting to be discovered...... [spoiler]but i understand the whinners....if i didnt have a girl/car i would be frustrated to.......kids these days hahaha[/spoiler]

If you've been playing Destiny for this long and have been satisfied with it overall, then wouldn't you have some trust in the people that made the game? You should be happy that they even are still updating the game. You need to chill and be patient.
