My new home has 3.5 full baths.
My old home only had 2 baths.
It's more than enough since it's just me living here.

How can you have half a bath
How can you have half a bath
Half bath is just a toilet and sink. A full-bath has a toilet and sink, and either a bathtub or shower.

-blam!- I wish my state would have the same kind of taxes as yours. You live in Texas, right? My wife and I are trying to get a house right now in the $275k - $300k range and it's tough to find anything around that with 2+ baths. Taxes are usually around $7500 a year for something like that.

A 2-bed/2bath will start at around $500k. The property values are ridiculous.

I'm sorry, I must have been thinking of someone else. Yea I heard CA isn't the best either but at least it's not NY. If only we could get out of here...

New York probably has the highest property values. California definitely comes in second. Good luck with the offer you're putting down. Homeownership is incredibly satisfying.

It's actually the school taxes that are the killer. Thanks, man. We own a condo now but we've quickly out grown it.
