I work for a software house, not on the scale of Bungie, but if we released software updates and patches that over ran service level agreements we provided, server down times, the removal of services that were included in a paid product, and the release of untested patches as bad as you guys have had in the last two weeks we would quickly go out of business. I think you take your community for granted and some form of compensation is due for the poor product we have received over the last two weeks. Think Crimson Doubles Ghost release.
