Titans

I don't understand why a lot of Titans are crying about how they "have nothing compared to the other subclasses" or "we suffered through all of year one." Titans have always been very good, and they were never underpowered. The sunbreaker nerf was needed, the gunslinger nerf really wasn't. That simple.

  • Funny, I see this exact same thread for all 3 classes. I guess you see what you want to see.

    • Hmm, first post that isn't salty, anywho let's look at some facts shall we? An educated discussion preferably. In the beginning Titans had no buff that they received in the update that barely even nerfed stormcallers. That being said Titans were basic, simple melee, good grenades, and good super. BUT, melee range was no were near as long as the warlocks and hunters, not to mention lighting grenades (even tho they are amazing) stuck to walls they didn't stick to foes whereas the trip mine did. Now of course Titans have shoulder charge, and yes FoH is great but it requires one to get in deep, which if pulled off correctly and successfully resulted in wiping out the team. But Titans didn't have blink all of year one an in year two Titans didn't have shadestep, not to mention the infamous wombo combo which no subclass in this game other than hunters had access too. Thus when sunbreaker was introduced Titans rejoiced to actually having a ranged super, one that make em a lil more viable with the other two subclasses. Although it did have its own issues an yes it was a bit too powerful that resulted it being nerfed to the ground. Whereas hunters had their subclasses tweaked, which many sunbreaker Titans would have preferred than what they did get. Thus it's very amusing when we see hunters bitch an moan that they can't spam shadestep, use wombo combo as good as they did, or even stick people. While Titans got the short end of the stick, hunters got it better, and they say bungie prefers Titans. Yet Titans got nerfed way worst than hunters since did when bladedancer got nerfed. Hope this enlightens you good sir.

      • The only complaint I have about Titans was the seeming invincibility during FOH activation, and the original version of cauterize for HOS but I did later learn that was a few tricks to beating both of those. I main a warlock and while unhappy by the sunsinger nerf it didn't really affect my gameplay and I'll still consistently due well vs Titans and hunters of any subclass

      • At this point I can't tell if these are salt or bait. Or maybe it's salted bait, like anchovies.
