1. Is not your f.cking game you are neither a developer or a producer.
2. The only right you have to the product is to use it and then bitch about it if you don't like it.
3. Since you know jack shit about how programming and development of a video game I think Bungie should be in charge.
4. There is nothing wrong with giving advice and voicing your opinion.
5. Referring to #4 although you can voice your opinion this doesn't make it fact or relevant.

Also though ,I would like to note that people who make and balance competitive games as a career do know a little bit more of what's best for player and game in some semblance. They know whats best for the sport, after closely monitoring a lot of play and mechanics. I agree that some things should be voted on though, maybe after some time for the comminity to fully absorb any changes. Though I don't personaly think the recent tripmine nerf was needed (Being a warlock main) ,as it was strikingly hobbling to many builds and enfeebling to a once great certain exotic as well, (Definitely shouldn't have been sprung on anyone) many other things that simply need attention before certain events like trials and iron banner should be dealt with in the discretion of the GAME MAKERS. They make the game happen; they should be trusted. With time to process, of course so should player input. We did not make the game but it was made for us; It is our game, bought and paid for, and we should be served right, while simultaneously Bungie must protect the broad appeal and profit sustainability of their product and art. As far as how democracy works, certain demographics would have to be reckoned by data reflected in the election of a popular set of representatives, and narrowed down by a singular elected figurehead, and futher engineered through manipulation in order to assure that votes remained diverse, which makes democracy a lottery assuming the intention is to create diversity and balance at whatever cost (allowing nothing nefarious), or else it effects to a majority rule, the majority rarely consisting of diverse pool of players who equally and fairly respect all classes and subclasses, or individuals with multifaceted perspectives. If fact many biggoted people are known for being more politically active and outspoken, thus more likely to account for votes. Players who don't think their preference should be made standard will loose to those who do. So maybe a series of votes and an evaluation and ADJUSTED action by a committee of INFAMOUSLY DIVERSE players could work. A congress, if you will.

Actually as soon as the first copy of destiny was sold, this became the community's game. That's how it works in our economy. A company produces a product and puts it up for sale, I purchase said product, and then it becomes my product. That's how it works with any product, including video games. Including destiny. If they wanted this to stay their game then they shouldn't have sold it to us. This is the community's game. Without the community, bungie would have nothing.

The consumer doesn't have a right to complain about the product he or she bought? I don't agree with everything OP said but your rebuttal is utterly absurd.
-
Sir read number 2 before you say something stupid.
-
Why the -blam!- are you so hostile dude.
-
Number two is the main reason I wrote what I wrote.

I assume you lack reading comprehension skills then.

Lol Bitching about the problems the game has should be what Bungie uses to change policy. That's what I'm saying. So our "right" is far more than empty bitching- it's to possibly alter the countless poor decisions Bungie makes. The vast majority of other companies pay much more attention to customer feedback than Bungie (and they usually don't have a forum that doubles as thousands of dollars in market research that they get for free).
-
You are right companies often change policy do to customer complain. I never said empty bitching. In my book bitching and complaining is the same thing. On the other hand no you don't have the right to get something change because as a customer you don't like it. You can say that complains or continued bitching is taken in to consideration for future policy though. At the end of the day is not your game is Bungie's game, they decide what to take out or put in the game and we as customers can only bitch about it.
You are right...
I decided to stop there since the rest was in a language I don't speak. So thanks for saying I'm right.
-
Great way of letting everyone know you are wrong, by not reading. That was ignorant to say the least.
-
How could I tell that what you wrote was not really in English if I didn't read it? Of course I read it. I was just joking around.

Editado por Jared_Ingels: 6/16/2016 11:41:09 AMTotalitarianism again.... Google it .... love u man where da lu ? :( easy with the curse lol
-
Jesus, dude? Totalitarianism? We're talking about a video game, not the Patriot Act or Russia.
-
Totalitarianism has nothing to do with video games. Bungie is a privately own business owner of the Destiny IP. You have a license to use that IP. Other than that you have no right over it. If you have your business should your clients vote on what you do with it? Don't use words you don't fully understand. Learn a little about business then come back.
