You hate Hunters. Period. Thanks for taking away the "sticky" on the trip mine, now Gunslinger is useless to me, it was all I really had against Warlocks and Titans with their cheap Supers. That was the one grenade worth anything in the Hunter subclasses. All you're saying is that we should all be cheap shoulder charging Titans. Also, now the Arminius is just as useless as all the other Weapon Smith orders. I get murdered by Titans in every PvP match, and now I can't even stick the OP Titan Class. This hot fix is hot garbage. If I wanted to be a Titan, I'd go play Halo Reach.

Suck it up it was the hunters turn this time

1 RespuestaIn case you all think I'm still being ridiculous, let me quote a Planet Destiny article: "Tripmines see their damage decreased another 3%, meaning that you are almost certainly never going to get a kill on any Guardian with full health. Previously, it was possible to still one-shot low armor Hunters/Warlocks who neglected to invest in Armor, but it’s highly likely this 3% figure was chosen to make even that impossible. Finally, you can no longer stick a Tripmine to a foe. This change is, frankly, a mistake. The Gunslinger neutral game has historically been weaker than its competition, and Tripmine sticks rewarded a well-timed (and better-aimed) lob with a very satisfying kill. Removing this possibility may work to limit the number of ways you can “one-shot” another Guardian, but the alleviation of this occasional frustration does not make up for the loss of memorable and – honestly – fun moments that Destiny should be trying to encourage. This is to say nothing of the impact in PvE, where encounters often take place in open areas with very few tactical surfaces on which to stick a tripmine. There was something giddy and perfect about stapling a tripmine to a Thrall’s head, just in time to see it wipe out everything around the unlucky enemy. In a similar vein, the 10% damage reduction to Throwing Knives is equally perplexing. Bungie cites a complaint about dying to a single Throwing Knife with the Incendiary Blade augment – but again, we’re hard-pressed to track down a prevailing sentiment among the community that Incendiary Blade was in any way “broken” to begin with. The difficulty of landing a headshot with a throwing knife is already prohibitive enough such that increased damage that consumes a perk slot is hardly an unbalanced reward. In PvE, this also might mean more instances in which you’re no longer able to take advantage of Circle of Life’s new functionality, that decreases the cooldown of Golden Gun for every precision knife kill. This is a great perk re-work that will be appealing against trash like charging Thrall or Corrupted Psions." What this tells me is that hard PvP players in Destiny are destroying this game with complaints. Seriously, the skill it takes to stick someone with a trip mine or head shot with a knife is ridiculous. It sucks when it happens, sure, but rejoice because you got bested by skill.

1 RespuestaThen bungie must really hate warlocks and titans
-
Yeah an OP close range super thats high risk one time use 1-HK the other is Pacifist Super where there are no penalty towards opposition who walks into it and the other thats been nerfed to the ground which requires two to three shots to stop other supers. Kill the Titan who pop the bubble it disappears kill the Hunter who shot an arrow tether spear lingers. From what I see the Supers are not as op as you make them out to be. HoS I'm talking about pre update haven't played PvP in a while. Bladed Dancers Ark Blade can 1-HK and be used repeatedly until the super meter drained also has a mid ranged ability not to mention can turn invisible to catch an opponent off guard. GG shoots with precise precision has higher and faster velocity then HoS and no cooldown as opposed to HoS 2-3 sec cooldown and its trigger animation is shorter. Yes I agree GG needs duration a buff and at least 6 bullets but this will eliminate high risk super from the hunter class entirely.

2 RespuestasWell, bungie specifically stated that if they wanted tripmines to stick, then the spike and lightning grenades would have been able to stick as well.
Imagine how annoying a sticky lighting grenade would be.
1 RespuestaGunslinger is not useless. For me i use incendiary grenade all the time in crucible and i have way more success with it then the tripmine. I stopped using trip mine cause i all ways go suicidal and kill myself with it or i never get any kills other then sticking it to other players. Im still really good with gunslinger and i still can get throwing knives kills to the head.

1 RespuestaSo personally I'm a huge Hunter gn boy but only really play pvp or better known in the game as Crucible. We should all love crucible the same. ITS FREAKIN EPIC is what we should all think of it. Sure it has it's ups and downs but it's like life. I enjoys getting shaxxs weekly bounty S for a chance at an exotic or something but what I hate more than anything is my gunslinger subclass as it is. It's hard enough having to shoot someone after a trip mine exploded much less not doing my FAVORITE thing which would be sticking an opponent with it and watching them fly. So not only did they do that they decreased damage for THROWING KNIVES!!! LIKE THEY DONT ONE SHOT SO WHY NERF THEM. IF ANYTHING NERF SUNBREAKER!!! But wait... Didn't they nerf sunbreaker? Nope. The buffed it. As if it wasn't killing us enough. Of course Bungie did buff swarm grenades but like 1% of the destiny pop. uses them. They suck. Their is not exotic for swarm grenades but their is one for the hunters favorite is tripmine. And I've always wanted to one shot someone with a throwing knife but Bungie screwed up all that. So what is Bungie going to do. Overlook it. Everyone is like I love the balance but it sucks. I added more in my original post about hunters not having one hit melee. But I think you get the point. -CaptenKiLL5469

23 RespuestasSo let me give you your TL:DR version. "BUNGIE YOU WERE ONLY SUPPOSE TO NERF WARLOCKS AND TITANS!!!! LEAVE THE HUNTERS ALONE SO WE COULD BE THE BEST EVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEERRRRR"
-
3 RespuestasBut you have a .70 kd. You were going to get -blam!- by a titan anyway LOL

6 RespuestasArminus, doctrine and claw lost 1 damage they still melt. Golden gun still shuts everything down. The only thing gun singers lost was the gernade. Arc blade is better, shadow shot is better, they balanced out all the op shit that gave hunters an edge period. I play all three characters tonight and still did best with the hunter.

2 RespuestasEveryone used to think Bungie hated Titans...now everyone thinks they hate hunters? What a twist!
-
2 RespuestasSave the endangered Bladedancer!
-
They hate Hunters, yet all dem buffs and utility changes.
-
3 RespuestasIf you can only get kills with sticking trip mines you shouldn't be using gunslinger. Primary and throwing knives is op if you can throw them straight

1 Respuesta....We do we really do~ bungie

2 RespuestasWell, as much as I hate the nerf, a well thrown Incendiary is pretty good. Could use a damage buff, but still.
-
3 RespuestasHunters had it very easy year 1 and year 2 they were just as good. If you're all as good as you say you are, this patch won't hurt you too much.
-
7 RespuestasHunters are still fine. I did perfectly good last night with blade dancer.
-
In pve gunslinger rules. With deadeye and nighthawk i killed omnigul in like two hits(its solar burn this week as well). I hardly ever used tripmines in crucible anyway.

28 RespuestasIs that why Hunters have led the pack is all PVP stats since day 1?

13 RespuestasThey really do favor nothing but warlocks and titans. Screw Bungie
