Still using tripmines. I never relied on them for stickies as it is, and even with a 3% decrease it should still be able to one-shot most non-max armor players, if not leave a tiny sliver of health that could be dropped by literally anything. But swarm and incendiary are still good choices if correctly placed. All 3 grenades are decent, just learn how to use them.

Aim. Tap L2. Watch throw animation. No grenade is hard to use. It's a question of viability. Tripmines were viable. Now they're not, as much. Swarm might be more powerful but I don't believe it will be more useful than it was.

By "how to use them", I more meant proper placement versus type of grenade. And tripmines are still plenty viable if you weren't relying on them as stickies. I wasn't, so this changes nothing for me. I agree swarm grenades should see more action now. They were pretty...meh..before. they didn't get a [i]huge[/i] buff or anything, but enough to make them a considerable choice I feel.

Honestly, I'm angry that they wont act as stickies anymore. It wasn't overpowered and required competency to master. Unlike fusions, you couldn't just throw it and probably hit something, if a player strafed even a little bit it would miss. And now, even if it does hit, it will bounce off and explode upward, doing nothing but waste a grenade charge. I have a feeling this bounce thing is going to misadventure us more than ever.
