Nope but you should've been prepared by 2016 to have next gen regardless you you not being prepared isn't Bungie's fault

Making people pay up again for the game that they already bought is Bungie's fault.

Again they offered on multiple occasions you could've gotten the game for free if you upgraded to next gen. It's not their fault you waited until now either.
