Edit: Ok I got home from work and went back to patrol on the moon. Took me a while in the same location for anything to happen, not sure if it's a timed thing or something triggered, anyway the sound of the little girl crying started again from underneath me (was sitting ontop of the station roof), so I went down into the room to check the screens. This time it was on the one at the very back of the room, I captured a 15-min video and took a couple of screenshots. The video said it uploaded on the PS4, but ive checked my youtube account and it hasn't appeared yet, so i'll post link when it comes up.
Sorry to waste time if this is a commonly known thing, but when she zaps around to different screens at different locations, I wondered if there's some kind of mission involved or is it just for effect? I Just can't remember seeing this Y1 and nothing googles close to it.
