Hello [i]Guardians[/i], I would like to present you an alternative to the known Consensus. As we all know, lots of you don't like the idea of the Traveler and its amazing powers. You want something else. Because power is not as important as knowledge. Knowledge, my friends, is the most important thing ever. Power doesn't last forever. Knowledge does. Unlike his sisters, he (or should I say [i]she[/i]) knew that understanding the world is the only way to survive. And he succeeded. After Akka was beaten, he felt very powerful. Too powerful. He wanted more. And while in his 'younger' years, he used the Darkness, the Darkness now used him. He accepted a worm (very foolish) to become even more powerful. He let his Servants become greater, and he started to lose control. The sword logic did the rest. Power is something you use when you need it. There is absolutely no point in 'having' power. Because being wise, being able to understand, is something that is important. Toland was both right and wrong in this statement. He knew that, the queen with the arms would win, at first. But I do think the victory wouldn't last long. It would easily just pass in time. There are too many unexplored mysteries out there. As the Shattered once stated, I can ask you now: "How is it possible that the Deathsinger, who knows the Deathsinger's song, doesn't die, although she knows the words..." What kind of magic is behind this? If you do not wish to obey the Consensus anymore, you are welcome at the Echo Syndicate. Everyone can join us.
