Orlando terrorist attack

So a man goes into Pulse, a gay bar in Orlando, and killed 53 people while yelling Allahu Akbahr. Before the event, the man, Mateen, from St Lucie, called police and pledged allegiance to the leader of ISIL
Obama released a speech but failed to acknowledge these facts.
What think, Flud? Do you believe that this is ok or do you think that we should blame this on the systemic cancer that is ISIS? Should we look into greater defence against these attacks by arming more people that work as security or do you think we should ban more guns and create more soft targets?
