in the UK on the playstation store they want us to: PRE-ORDER – IMMEDIATE PAYMENT REQUIRED ( on most pre-orders in UK/EU it take payments a few days before the game comes out on ps store)
i am not fully sure about what IF they do a digital CE :S

You have to transfer the funds to your purse. It wont be taken from your purse until the DLC is released. But yeah that is a piss take
