I plugged my PS3 back in today to play Skyrim, and right as the first fight started, I nearly threw up. I could not even tell what was going on half the time because I couldn't gauge what I was doing. I really wanted to enjoy this game again, but dear God, I couldn't stomach it at all. I still have a headache. Edit: It must just be Skyrim. I played New Vegas and Oblivion on 30fps and they didn't bother me at all. Maybe having low framerate on decent graphics is more disorienting then low framerate on extremely dated graphics.
