Just wanted to tell you guys at Bungie THANK YOU so much for making a shooter with a minimum of graphic violence, and no curse words, and no nudity. You may not know it but in doing so you gained a TON of younger players who's parents have noted that your game is appropriate for a wide range of ages!!! Thank you thank you for making it something I could enjoy with my son, not worrying about exposing him to anything sick, or raunchy, or overly crude.
You guys ROCK!
Please follow this pattern for Destiny 2.
C'mon guardians, give Bungie a shout-out for awesome, clean content, a level higher than its peers in the gaming world!!!!!!!!

2 RespuestasWizards wear tattered robes, but other than that, I'm pretty sure the rest of the Hive are naked... Just sayin'.

2 RespuestasI have a feeling that the lore (grimoure cards) aren't in the game(only on the websides) because of the Teen rating. If that's the case, teen rating is one of the worst ideas they ever had.

Editado por tavenclint: 6/10/2016 8:32:47 AMSo much heat for speaking your mind. But come to think of it, I recall a time when games didn't always push for nudity and strong language. Hence the name 'harmless entertainment' But our world has changed and so has technology. I think what you're trying to say is that you don't feel guilt when killing evil aliens or playing Crucible. Because to be honest, it feels more fantasy than real. Just enough to lure kids and adults a like.

2 RespuestasEditado por Viron117: 6/10/2016 3:26:03 AMAh - hm..... how to respond... id say its more so that they just are making the game the way it is, is not like they'd suddenly decided or threw around the ideas of "add all the sex appeal" or "its time to get gory" Destiny just so happens to not be graphic, characters are more serious than "lets throw around some curse words" because its all about survival and facing these extinction level threats, working towards protecting humanity, etc. I can't really see anyone developing into a stereotypical sailor mouth, any overly flirtatious individuals trying to get "close" to you. They aren't really TRYING to keep it at a teen rating, or struggling to hold back the M-rating. It just is what it is.

8 RespuestasI don't follow. It's still a game based around acquiring armor, guns and swords. Grenades. Supers. You spend nearly every second you're plugged into this game shooting things in the face. Punching them. Sticking them with grenades and igniting them ablaze. But because there's no blood, cursing or nudity it's child appropriate? Lol. If your morals are that loose, why even bother having them. Do people seriously not see the hypocrisy in statements such as these? It's ok that your kid has a grand time shooting things and killing everything he sees, as long as they are fully clothed and not cursing? Wow....

I can agree with that. It's definitely one of the nicer thing about Destiny.
-
That was a little on the sappy side, but I agree with it.

Really excited to keep playing with and grooming children I take it?

1 RespuestaBoo. I wasn't the game to be all it can be, and I have kids too, but they need to learn how to deal with curse words.

2 RespuestasMost cringeworthy thread of the day. Congrats.

23 RespuestasSo shooting thousands of living things in the head is OK, as long as Cayde doesn't say "oh shit" when you're done.
