Also confused why you're upset over this when you clearly have TTK.
-
Editado por ExelArts: 6/9/2016 7:47:44 AMI'm just saying Dlc shouldn't require previous dlc hell I didn't own the dark below till I was forced to to play the ttk
-
Think about if you played the taken king without killing Crota. It'd be story wise completely misplaced, I mean Oryx would have nothing against you and by that point Crota probably would've taken control of the entire moon.
-
Onyx would have attacked humanity anyways hell we didn't provoke crota but he attacked us anyways wouldn't matter and no other game has done this
-
With a story already written based on "YOU TOOK MY SON" there's just a giant plot hole for people who wouldn't have killed him.
-
Editado por ExelArts: 6/9/2016 9:56:10 AMHe never said that in game hell I never played the dark below I just bought it to play the ttk and did so till I wanted the final achievement for destiny but every said it was easier to get on Crota's end I killed onyx before I killed crota. No game company should force you to pay for dlc if you don't want to
-
Sure, but The Dark Below didn't rework the game like Taken King did.
-
Wait, are you serious? You're confused why it requires TTK?
-
It's bullshit dlc shouldn't require you to have the previous dlc
-
Yes it should. They are following a 10 year timeline that follows a story line . Can't have one without the other .
-
Editado por ExelArts: 6/9/2016 7:45:27 AMthe ten year plan is about Bungie contract with activision not in game and no it shouldn't the hoW didn't require the dark below. this is bungevision attempt to force players to buy there dlc that some my not have bought
-
Again, The Dark Below didn't rework the game like Taken King.
-
Means nothing
-
You don't get how coding works, do you?
-
Sounds like neither do you the ttk required the previous dlc and they didn't change the coding much they could have made it where the rise of iron didn't require the taken King this is activision way of making money on previous dlc that didn't buy the previous dlc
-
TTK required the previous DLC because those pieces of code were required for TTK to run. I'm a -blam!-ing computer science major homie. I know my shit, and you have no idea what you're talking about.
-
TTK is officially Destiny v. 2.0, the base game was almost entirely reworked with it, of course the new DLC requires it.
