Well actually it is also the problem of those that play just to stop others. They are the ones with the problem really. Epeen is an extremely unattractive quality.

  • What do you mean? People who play for fun and people who play after the lighthouse?

How about those people who play to improve their K/D and get a new card after 3 wins to have a higher chance to play against inferior opponents? That's probably the exact same breed of people who scream loudest about how the lighthouse should be exclusive for the "best of the best of the best" omg my a$$. Btw, according to this article: http://gamerant.com/destiny-trials-osiris-lighthouse-113/ only 16% of all players participating in ToO make it to the lighthouse. The total number of ToO players roughly equals 5% to 10% of the Destiny player base. Let's say 10%, that would mean 1.6% of all Destiny players ever make it to the lighthouse. So the lighthouse is the exclusive ePeen for 1.6% of all Destiny players, many of who probably are teenagers with a lot of time to play video games and very likely negligable rl skills. I mean, isn't something like a Scarab emblem not enough of an exclusive ePeen for these people? Noooo, right now their attitude towards less skilled players is more like "You shall not have a great experience". How miserable a mindset that is, whether these guys want to hear it or not. It is so ridiculous that something like the lighthouse with no rl value at all is looked at as something to distinguish some people. Ridiculous. If there were money prizes (which have rl value) I would understand that not everybody can have them, but only the best players. But no, this is about an entirely virtual experience with no substantial value apart from bolstering some pathetic egos. Maybe that is because these egos have nothing to brag about irl? Jesus effin Christ, even when I was to the lighthouse I wouldn't feel special. I would just have felt the excitement of seeing and experiencing that place in Destiny (say about Destiny what you want, but the graphics and area design (mostly) are gorgeous and often stunning). I am having no illusions about my place in the Destiny PvP skill ranks, and I frankly don't care about them. Those who do and believe they make them belong to some "elite" are some pretty sad creatures in my opinion. TL;DR: The self proclaimed Destiny PvP "elite" direly needs ePeen. The rest simply wants an enjoyable experience.

  • If you happen to play the extremely-elusive player who plays the first three games, then boo-hoo, go reset your card. That's not going to ruin your flawless after an hour of playing. Scarab Heart is another situation that we aren't talking about, but it's just incentive to play that was most likely a mistake by Bungie. Playing 10+ games after you've gone flawless? That's pretty cheap. If they had a separate matchmaking, then I would abide by their decisions for Scarab Heart. If you want to play for fun, play Elimination during the week. And if you play for fun, why would you ever have to worry about losing?

It is obvious what I mean. People play do deliberately stop others going to the lighthouse. They don't carry, they have already been repeatedly to the lighthouse. They just have fun ruining other people's fun. They usually have a step parent.
