Most embarrassing death?
What's the most embarrassing death you've ever had? It can be PvP or PvE
For me: when i was running Gunslinger, i threw a tripmine grenade on a guardian and it killed the guardian. Since the tripmine sensor laser (or whatever its called) was facing me when it blew up, it killed me too.
Edit: I remember my first time running VoG on my Titan, i was floating down to get the big chest before we got into the maze. So, i THOUGHT my Titan would float nicely on a rock or something, sort of like Warlocks can. Instead, i stayed floating down for 3 seconds and when my Lift ran out, i shot down to the ground and died.

Blew my self up with a grenade attached to a hallowed knight on totems.

When I fist of havoc and land on the crate instead of the guy below the crate. When I run past golgoroth before the gaze is taken and he stomps me When I'm about to kill a red bar warrior with my super and I die instantly instead and he disappears When I commit to a Nova bomb but a team mate steals my kill right as I launch it. I guess that's not a death but still annoying.

When the guardians got to the main event hamstercat takes the initiative and punches the boss with melting point and then engages with sunspot hammers. It's great if your a sunbreaker, but hamstercat forgot he was a defender. Hamstercat punched with a bland void melee and deployed WoD. He was then hit by the boss shockwave and flung into the nearest pole. Hamstercat survived... he limped away in pain, saved by the blessing of light. Hamstercat's friends saw the incident, laughing uncontrollably, one dying because he was too distracted. Hamstercat tried to explain but was overtaken by the warlocks' laughter. Hamstercat failed the wall that night. Edit: I didn't die, I know, but it was more embarrassing than if I died.

I've done some stupid things on Destiny, but one has to be when I got too enthusiastic with my stormcaller warlock. Activated my stormtrance, seen a guy run off so I thought I'd teleport to catch up with him...well you guessed it-I went too far and teleported off the map. Worst part was, people actually seen that happen...

I used the sleeper stimulant in pvp and I was about to kill a guy, when he shade steps it and the projectile flys back at me. Guardian down.

Forgetting I wasn't a Warlock(changed characters)and jumped off a cliff with my Striker

i threw a tripmine at a hallway, i turned around and merc'ed three nerds, by then i was on a 10 kill streak, some nerd on the other side of the hallway shoots me, i sprint after him so i can force him to grasp my malok, then naturally my tripmine decides to go off and kill me, and naturally, it counts as him killing me, and naturally in a 9810 to 9950 game that was the nail in the coffin for the other team

I'm pretty sure every Gunslinger has killed themselves with their own Tripmine a handful of times.. But I do remember this one time I stuck a Titan and he used his Fist of Panic, which led to me killing myself with the tripmine and him whiffing his super and generating no orbs..

It wasn't me who died, but I was doing a Heroic Strike on SABER and we were at the defend the Warsaw section. The other two player were together in a party. So I get off my sparrow and they both start shooting. I get back on to protect my precious Sol Scout from destruction. A few seconds later, I get off and they shoot it again! This time, I hope back on, drive back, wait until they're not paying attention and ram into both of them. They get flung into the Warsat and I hear guardian down XD
