Cancel Trials permanently
No one will have a reason to play ultra-sweaty as most other events don't reward wins (only a few bounties need them).
The community stops complaining about all the sweaty matches

Nope, then no sweet loot, no amazing mercury, and no PvP event for 3v3ers

Trials is the best thing that's come out of destiny so far

Vault of glass is the best (Pve) thing to come out of destiny

Personally, VoG is the best thing Bungie has made since Halo 2.

Salty cuz bad

I just don't play Trials It's the good players who complain about the sweaty matches all the time. I'm so bad (and freely admit it) that I don't get sweaty matches
-
The first 5 matches are purely connection based, you wont start getting sweaty matches until after that.
-
Everyone plays sweaty in Trials and uses the rest if the crucible to practice sweaty techniques. If you want to stop the rest of the crucible being so sweaty then you get rid of the worst mode. That means people won't have to practice for it
-
Worst mode? Its one of the only game modes ill play. I wont queue into any other game mode unless a friends like, play with me. Believe it or not trials is one of the least sweaty game modes due to it being cbmm.
-
I've see your kd now. We are looking at it from opposite sides of the skill range If your crap like me, cbmm is always sweaty and sbmm is casual If your good, sbmm is sweaty and cbmm is casual That explains why you see things different to me
-
How can you say sbmm is casual? Looking at your recent game kds you cant break a 1.0 in the last 9 matches.
-
I am a below average player. If I play sbmm most players are around my level. I have good days and bad days. The range of levels in a match was closer back in January, but this has been relaxed to make the player pools larger If I play cbmm the majority of players will be better than me. I played crucible for a few months at the start of year 1. There were no good days. Every match was a sweat fest (regardless of whether my team won or lost) for me where the only result was me getting a kd < 0.5 in most matches. I didn't play pvp before Destiny so I was learning techniques and maps from scratch (which is pretty difficult when you spend most of the match dead and waiting to respawn) I quit pvp for over a year and only came back because of sbmm. I am learning maps and techniques at my own pace but will never be a good player (and am happy with that)
-
Ok i see how this can help you. But i put hours into trying to get better at this game to help my clan mates who had never been flawless, and now i cant queue into normal crucible anymore without it being a lag fest and a sweat fest. So hows this fair to me?
-
My original post wasn't about sbmm. I only brought it up because you mentioned the first few rounds of Trials being casual because it was cbmm and I said why it was sweaty from my point of view I know the argument for and against both types of matchmaking and I know there is no solution that will make everyone happy. Even having both types available will piss people off. I have a clan with some good pvp'ers (not top tier but good) and I know what they think and I've also been in IB with them so I've seen it.
-
Oh man ib is terrible for my less skilled friends :( we end up splitting and queuing seperatly because they arent having anything resembling fun.

I can either play as a team and drag down team performance (no one complains but I don't like letting them down) or I play solo and get more kills I try to do some of each as I like the team play
