It'll be somewhere between $40 to $60.
That's a normal pricing point for a DLC of that size.

I have literally never seen a console DLC cost $60. So no, that's not part of the range at all.

The Modern Warfare and Black Ops series had $45-$60 season passes with each DLC adding 3-4 maps. Each yearly release of each new game came with it's own DLC season pass, too. BL2's DLC pass was equal in price. A large expansion to this game (like TTK) will cost $40-$60. So, yeah.
