Make a completely stupid/horrible medication side effect!
I just saw an ad for pain relief and one of the side effects was homicidal thoughts.
What's the worst side effect you can think of?

Had a migraine pill that may cause puking. Also had a puking pill that may cause migraines. Had to take both everytime

I can't remember where it was, but there was a commercial for medicine that mentioned the side effects including death. Note this was said in the same pleasant commercial voice as the rest.
