I am looking for MMO/MMORPG that is free in every way such as gears and weapon to skills... All except cosmetic items and such as... This include that all the expansion and updates are free... I can't really find a good MMO like this except for Path of Exile... Any recommendations?

Mabinogi is one of my fav MMORPG's

WoW is free for the first twenty levels, I'd give that a try if I were you.
-
If you're on console, I can't recommend Warframe enough. So damn good and getting better.

If you're ps4 or PC try Planetside 2.

20 RespuestasArcheage and Black Desert Online are both fun and really good.
Although, I'm working on an MMORPG, and plan on making it as immersive as possible with hundreds of play styles! Still very heavy in the production phase, but if anyone has any tips, check out my post and comment a few ideas of your own! #ShamelessSelfAdvertisment
Try Echo of Soul, it's a F2P MMO from Aeria Games. The wife and I got into when it first launched. We still hop on every now and then but haven't lately due to console games. We started with Aura Kingdom which is another F2P MMO Aeria has. EoS is much better though. Here is the link if you are interested. http://echoofsoul.aeriagames.com/

Warframe? Otherwise you'll have a tough time finding one.

The obvious ones would be Terra and Neverwinter but I hear SWtOR is also fine if you are just intrested in story quest. Also you might look into Guildwars 2, it went total free to play but I don't know how they handle the monetisation, it was a pretty good MMO though back in the days when I played it.

DC Universe Online, Warframe, Marvel Heroes 2016 and many more.

1 RespuestaStar Trek online - some boosts and extras are only bought with a special currency which you can buy, exchange for or get for free by doing daily Arc challenges Neverwinter - mostly the same as above ESO - the DLC isn't free but the store is mostly Cosmetics and shortcuts Skyrim "what?" - the DLC isn't free and although I did give it a try a while back I don't know Skyrim Online's current status
