I have a question, I have the vendor roll and then I have one I got from a package, they have the exact same stats but the one i got from the package has head seeker instead of perfect balance, which one is better?

Depends on what you like. If you can handle the extra recoil without counterbalance then go with head seeker because it is an awesome perk. But that said head seeker is situational and the recoil takeaway is strong without counterbalance. So if it was me I'd keep both and use both and figure out which one fits my style better.
