Calling someone a fag because they're running around with a shotgun in a game? Interesting.
Edit: I'm sorry that some of you don't like the fact I main a shotgun. Just remember that it's a video game and it's all about having fun. My way of having fun is to get up close and personal and blasting kids with my shotgun. Another thing is that a lot of players snipe a lot nowadays and are too busy hardscoping giving shotgunners easy kills. Better rush with a shotgun than camp with a sniper rifle.

It's pretty obvious when one is coming if you've played enough. Also now that fusion rifles are back in a good spot, I have a counter. My issue before was there didn't appear to be a counter to them. The issue the whole time was Bungie's nerf on fusion rifles. Sending hate mail is ridiculous. No matter how many times I've been wrecked by things I don't like I leave it that. Maybe next match I'll win those battles. My fireteam would here me bitch, but that's about it.

3 RespuestasThis is a perfect example of how Bungie failed to balance special ammo. I couldn't care less what weapons are used, but if balanced correctly players should /would have to rely on primaries more and really be conservative and precise with special ammo(when they're lucky enough to get it). If Bungie properly fixed the amount of special per game, crucible could be fun. But now all I ever see are snipers with seemingly endless ammo.

If you use your special more than your primary its probably op, The only shotgun I use is the Chaperone because it requires actual aim i stead if body shot one shots. And keep in mind that no all snipers hard scope, I dont

Simple use your damn primary and stop abusing special before they nerf it again. Special weapons aren't even special there used as primaries that's a problem. People will keep abusing special and bungies gonna nerf it again all thanks to players like you.

It's not that I think Shotguns are skill less weapons or anything, but the Matador 64's effective range is pretty stupid. Being able to maximize your range stat, while still having the luxury of Aggressive Ballistics shouldn't be a thing. Party Crasher +1 is also faulted in this way.

1 RespuestaI use a slow firing scout rifle, so of course i use a shotgun. Sure I've got 2 other short/mid range options, but when i finally became competent in crucible during HoW, shotties were the only thing in my special slot. I like my loadout of Cocytus, Invective, and whatever heavy is avaliable. People still crying about shotguns probably tell you to "Just git gud and adapt" when [u]running [/u] around with a sniper. [spoiler]I'd love a primary buff, make scout rifles extra stable and gib more damage plox. As long as shotguns just stop getting nerfed.[/spoiler]

Not a big deal. Play the way you want to play. Honestly, it's no different from getting your face blown off with Conspiracy Theory-D or Party Crasher. But I think you're getting the salty messages because it's year one.
