This is more directed to alpha, beta, year 1 players more so than those who started in ttk. However anyone can offer up their opinion.

The game has become too easy, too simple. Activities have been dumbed down to require no skill, crucible is a complete waste and all around the game is dull. I believe alot of it has to do with these forums and public opinion. I'm 100% against companies listening to their fanbase, making games that are fun for EVERYONE in order to sell more copies only dilutes the overall experience.

Game was fresh in year one weapons seemed better (especially exotics) and armor definitely looked better. Year two has dulled down exotics to the point many are not worth the slot pvp is becoming repetitive and needs something new to revitilise it 12v12 wink wink or new match types. The taken incursions in patrol areas are nice but miss the roaming wolves and swordbearers. Heroic strikes and strike specific loot were a nice addition but missing a few old strikes and doing them at legacy level feels too easy imo. Nightfalls are behind the ball and rewards lacklustre Cannot really comment on raids and trials as I do not partake but from what I am hearing year one content and rewards was better (VOG anyway)

Editado por Serenist: 6/1/2016 6:40:18 PMI had a lot more fan in y1. Mainly cuz leveling to 30 level was one of the greatest experiences i ever had in a game.. then i would do 2 raids per week and would grind hard to get the good pvp exotics. Then when trials came out it was very fun cuz there werent many sweats and tryhards. In y2 i have every single exotic in the game and its so easy to reach max light. Only thing i still enjoy is Trials. Raid is boring.. nothing like VoG. All in all, Y1 was the most fun year in destiny for me. Y2 was alright.. still hyped about Rise of Iron. It better has PvE and new PvP limited time events and new place or planet..

Editado por spaceme17: 6/1/2016 6:59:11 PMLight system is good. Had cannons are literally hit and miss. PvP is pretty bad. Supers in PvE are extremely weak. Primaries are weak in PvP. Only one raid. A lot of year 1 content is still irrelevant. Non-existent communication from Bungie. Deej and Luke Smith still have jobs. Vendor packages are almost nothing but class items or boots. Strike drops are terrible. Shotguns are completely useless in PvE. I play mainly out of habit rather than to have fun.
-
2 RespuestasPvE is stale... PvP is broken (P2P, SBMM)... Communication is at an all time low... All my friends left... And Luke Smith got promoted Nuff said?
-
Meh. I miss year one but the current state is acceptable. However it was a lot more fun when thorn, hawkmoon, and last word was op.
-
2 RespuestasCompared to year one it's garbage.

I personally feel they did well with VoG. That was a great experience, trying to figure things out with friends, that frustration of not knowing what the flip was goin on at times. Now it seems easier.. The leveling system.. I appreciated the simpler approach, you get so far, raid to get the max light. Now it seems a little more frustrating. You have to get the exact number to drop, not just the piece of gear.

Crucible still sucks
-
it was so much better back in the early start of the game! pvp vise atleast. the game was much more fast paced and fun and there were very little camping in the game cause of that... now it feels like it is always a camping game. always an ability and sniper combo...

Ended
As a beta player, TTK was a disappointment day one
I'm ready to take a break from Destiny. Current state of Destiny feels very limited due to all kinds of changes made to make it more "balanced". Getting legendary items has no meaning and getting exotic items only means infusion fuel. I miss Y1 weapons and perks before ammo/field scout nerf. And, I wish, changes for PVP doesn't effect PVE side of things.

2 RespuestasP2P is kinda taking its toll. How can SBMM even be accurate with such laggy games. At Destiny's absolute best, there was always this feeling if terrible hit registration in PvP. PvE has gotten better and better, tired of the hive aesthetic, but its still gotten better. Hopefully Destiny 2 ditches P2P and comes out with a more regular string of weapon balances. More game modes as well ... If not custom matches, then a primary only game mode would be nice. Also, more patrol areas with as much to do as the dreadnought.

Nightfall drops ducking ducks dalls. I swear we were two in this nightfall and this guys shows up just when we finished him ... https://www.evernote.com/shard/s205/sh/58989760-b21c-4982-a572-cb0ff8798cb7/17e4e7a47080fd459ef6231cd2d2b436

It's great, and its amazing that it's almost 2 years old. A 2 year old game. 2 years.

3 RespuestasIt's awesome! I convinced my little clan to reunite on the destiny grind after months of neglect. It's kinda nice because alot of the sweaties and tryhards are starting to take a break because they grinded to fast ( like usual) and are now completely bored with the game. So it's a nice little reimmersion back into the game that brought us so much joy and good memories ( as well as the bad )
p.s. we are all beta players , so I'm glad we could reignite our spark
1 RespuestaEditado por Extra: 6/1/2016 4:36:42 PMHorrible. I mainly play PvP and let me tell you.. Can't even play anymore without being put on a team of people who literally stand there the whole time watching the other team win. Its insane. Crazy how i never get good randoms but EVERY single game i have statues as teammates. Fireteam is out of question since no friends play anymore and apparently everyone is too good to invite me to a clan (LoL) Plus the godmode red bar isnt fixed and of course every game there has to be one. PvE is completely a waste of time. The game just has nothing to work for anymore. Which is mainly why i play PvP for the excitement but even that is complete trash now. We need activities where were like oh shit whats going to happen when i join this!? Not.. "Alright gotta do this dumbass patrol real quick" game is just beyond boring

5 RespuestasEditado por GrandWhiteTiger: 6/1/2016 4:46:22 PMI am a beta player. Ive played this game for hours upon hours, sinking more time into this game than I ever have any game before, I would go to work, come home and play for 4 to 8 hours, sleep, then do it all again. I was a solely pve player, spending most of my hours running kids through crota, never always finishing it though. And recently I began to strongly dabble into pvp. At first it was reasonable and every now and then I got the occasional red bar, but as a consistent 1.0 player I didnt have much sbmm to watch out for. But as ive gotten better and now am averaging a 1.7, I've had matches from saudi Arabia and other parts around the globe. I live in California, USA. Last night I had one of the worst laggiest and unbearable crucible nights ever, every match we were getting slaughtered, id be being hit before even I or they came around the corner, sometimes getting sniped from spawn in. And grenade spawns, i had so many. The drifter map was my favortie, I would spawn in and immediately die from a grenande. Ive only had two nights like this ever, the first day of an iron banner about two months ago, and last night. It was the most un fun and off putting experiences I have ever felt in this game. Shortly after 14 matches of just pure lag, 3-4 on the other team every game, I gave up. And I did what I thought Id never do. I went and played league of legends. I have a friend whos into the game and hes on every other night, so I hit him up and said lets play. He agreed and we started a match. And let me tell you, that was the most fun ive had playing another game in so long, there was no lag issues. If i got outplayed I got outplayed, I also outplayed quite a few of them. I wasnt blaming a spawn grenade or randoms grenades that hit me when theres not even red on my mini map. It felt fair, i felt spoiled. Lets just say i might be taking a break from destiny until we get the sbmm fiasco sorted out, ill probably be back and play some games with my buds, but it definitely wont be as much as I usually play, I have better games to play. I have never felt so disheartened to see my favortie game unplayable.

3 RespuestasThe light leveling system was made too easy. Meanwhile, the loot system was nerfed and players are left grinding for weapons, then good rolls on those weapons. I think borh changes were mistakes and will push players away from Destiny quicker.
-
They need to update yr 1 up, need gally
-
Play IB when it's out, pretty much it.
-
I thought the April update was very poor and have dialled down my Destiny time to once or twice a week
-
It's falling behind multiple newer games right now, and it was failing majorly in most recent ttk history. The April update was a major step in the right direction, but not enough to completely revive the game. I still prefer year 1 over ttk.
