lets talk the last word. in year 1 I will give you that it was over powered and needed to be nerfed.
but when taken king dropped the September patch came out that basically cut its stability in half I thought that patch made it very balanced and rewarded a skilled hand.
Then april hits and it gets a nerf that removes its exotic perk for no reason. correct me if im wrong but the last word takes the most skill to use unlike doctrines witch I will have a topic for another day...
Now I get that it would 2 shot to the head but I think a easier solution would be to lower the perks damage so it couldn't 2 shot so they chose to remove the whole perk just a thought bungie maybe analyze problems more in depth.
anyways here are some ideas I have to make the last word more rewarding because I feel like it doesn't have a exotic perk in my opinion the perk should reward a skill hand in firing from the hip.
-no damage fall off or reduced damage fall off when firing from the hip
- +5 or +10 range should be added to the gun because lets be honest it feels like im shooting casper with the thing just like other hand cannons aka ghost bullets witch needs to be fixed...
- more range when firing from the hip if you don't add the +5 or +10 to the original range on the gun
- precision kills or preferably kills from anywhere on the body when firing from the hip makes you reload faster so basically outlaw attached to the last word perk
-maybe even a tad bit of stability when firing from the hip would be nice +5 optional
Anyways these are my thoughts on how to make the last word perk more rewarding and not to make it overpowered but balanced cause I feel its more rewarding to ads with this gun even if you disagree with the points I still feel the last word perk needs a buff in someway
please post below your thoughts and maybe if you have any suggestions to make the last word perk more rewarding to fire from the hip keep in mind this is to buff the last word perk not to make the overall gun op.

Editado por AquanotSteve: 6/1/2016 12:02:40 AMIt's fine where it is now. Doesn't feel super OP to me anymore. Just ADS and use mobility to your advantage. You can't just walk at people and hip fire anymore. Edit: that being said, I rather like the idea of outlaw, so I don't disagree with you entirely. But the gun is still decent. Unfortunately the only thing that feels exotic is fan fire and the showmanship of the weapon itself.
