Question regarding player stats; how far back do they go? Is a players K/D or ELO based on their gameplay since they created their Guardian or is it a rolling six month thing? Does it depend on which site/resource a person is checking or is their an accepted industry standard? Or rather are the time frame of these stats different between Bungie.net it Destinytracker.com? How does a players K/D or ELO represent their current gameplay? Where am I going with this? Example: a player comes to Destiny many months after release and begins to play Crucible against Guardians who are very familiar with the maps, weapons, match types and tactics of the game. After many months of struggle the player is a strong Crucible competitor with K/D that represents the many losses it took to Lenard the game. How does a players K/D or ELO represent their current gameplay?
